• Comprehensive understanding of the entire change management lifecycle—from initial business case creation and mobilization to risk identification, control taxonomy mapping, and seamless business-as-usual (BAU) transition.
• Proven expertise managing complex, global, or regional change initiatives using iterative delivery techniques, design thinking principles, and agile Value Stream backlogs.
• Ability to conduct rigorous business analysis, evaluate operating models, and confidently challenge the status quo with data-backed alternative plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to translate dense, highly complex technical data into concise messages that influence executive decision-making.
